Information you enter into tools

Data entered into the invoice tracker, quote builder, org chart builder or expense tracker is processed in your browser. If you use a browser draft feature, the draft is saved in your own browser storage on that device. If you download an export, the file is saved by your browser to your device.

File uploads

When you upload a CSV or Excel file to a tracker, the file is read locally in your browser so the rows can be displayed and exported again. TemplatePilot does not upload those files to a server.

Analytics and payments

TemplatePilot may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages and tools are useful. If payment processing is used, payment will be handled by a secure payment provider and this page will include the relevant provider details.
